I have worked with Clarke Design now on a number of website projects, mostly related to our network of Sunbed and Tanning business interests.
The creation of an ecommerce website has been part of our business plan for some time, however, we often stalled on progressing due to fear of the unknown ! We had never sold products online before, not even ebay so had some reservations !
Early in 2009, I sent an email to Clarke Design essentially instructing them to commence work on www.tanslim.co.uk, a venture for which we had exchanged many emails, and I thought it was time to take the plunge.
The website took perhaps around five months to complete, due to a last minute change to the design which was made at our request. There is a lot of work required for an ecommerce site, however Clarke Design as always are available to answer questions, advise and guide those new to internet retailing through to the final stages where the website can go live.
We now have an ecommerce website which compliments our whole Sunbed, Tanning and Slimming business, and offers us a huge opportunity to expand retails sales of our products across the UK and beyond. Clarke Design created the whole branding and look of our site. We just needed to add the products, which is really so easy.
